In-Development

5th & Central

Transforming Lives: In partnership with the Coalition for Responsible Community Development (CRCD), Homes & Hope has stepped into an active adaptive reuse development, converting three existing commercial buildings in Los Angeles into 95 residential dwelling units and approximately 9,200 SF of commercial floor area. Of the 95 residential units, 94 will be designated for individuals experiencing homelessness, with 47 units specifically reserved for homeless Veterans.

Village at Fairview

In partnership with Burbank Housing Corporation, Homes & Hope will be bringing new affordable housing to North Fairview Street in Burbank, California. As proposed, the Fairview property will be a beautiful new community development that would allow for the creation of 60 new affordable residential units in a three-story building along with a stepped back and partial fourth story, over a subterranean parking garage. Of the 60 new residential units, approximately 15 units will be dedicated to serve as supportive housing for homeless families with children, and/or homeless seniors.
